Vans loading up at the Daily Express Building in Albion Street in 1974. Designed by Sir Owen Williams in 1936, this purpose built newspaper building was the home of the Daily and Sunday Express and the Evening Citizen.

After a brief spell as the offices and printing plant of the worker's co-operative Scottish Daily News it became the home of The Herald and Evening Times before being turned into flats.
